The Cap*Rock Winery has the capacity to produce 45,000 cases of wine, in a facility that spans over 23,000 square feet. Guests are welcome to enjoy samples of Cap*Rock wines, as well as participate in a guided tour of the facilities. The Barrel Room, Tasting Room and patio area are available to rent, with a seating capacity of 250 people. The Visitor Center is open Monday-Saturday from 10am-5pm and Sundays from 12pm-5pm.

The vineyard of Pheasant Ridge Winery, planted in 1979, contains sixty acres of Semillon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Chenin Blanc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery and vineyard is family owned and self-contained, and produces approximately 10,000 cases annually. Free tours and tasting are available on Fridays and Saturdays from 12-6pm, and on Sundays from 1-5pm.
